Typographical Errors

THE BROWN ASSOCIATES / ARCHITECTS, INC.

The Brown Associates/Architects is a full service architectural firm established in 1983 in the City of Seattle doing both commercial and residential work. The firm closed it offices in Seattle in 1994 and relocated to Whidbey Island. Emphasis is on personal attention and the client’s wishes.

Commercial work has included church, television, hotel and restaurant design as well as office and tenant improvement work of all kinds. Residential work includes custom homes as well as small remodels and additions. Multi-family efforts have included condominiums, apartments, co-housing and affordable housing projects with attention to energy and green solutions.

In addition to design work, the firm has over twenty years in construction observation in the seven western states and preparation of capital needs assessments and feasibility studies.
